It’s funny where we find ourselves in life

That moment we stop to turn around and scratch our heads like

How the f*%k did we get here

I was supposed to take a left, right

Or was I supposed to make right before I left

Spontaneous decisions leading to extended stays on paths we should have avoided

Sometimes taking unexpected detours that lead to beautiful scenery only to watch it too quickly disappear from view

I just want to watch the trees disappear into the clouds and watch the bright Yellow sun shine on me again
